I can see from your order that indeed you did ask for a delivery date that was two weeks later than the date we actually delivered. With standard shipping we are unable to guarantee an exact date, and in the case of your order it was dispatched in plenty of time to allow for the longer estimated delivery time to a regional area. The very early delivery was a combination of our team being too generous with the delivery timeframe and dispatcing too early, and the courier delivering in record time, which is not always the case! excellent

this was my second time of purchasing from them, again they delivered promptly.

i send my 85yr old Mother the Mothers Day promotion .

My mum received the gift with in 3 days of my order i was so happy, mum had never had a gift like this and loved it she said ooh maybe one or two chocolates a day i laughed i said mum you eat as many as you like enjoy the gift.

she is will use the empty Tea Pot as a vase for a plant when all chocolates are finished

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This is the worse company I have dealt with for a long time They have the worse customer service I have ever encountered rude and will NOT resolve the problem. The 2 gifts I ordered one was completely wrong and the other arrived damaged when I sent it back they would not return the gift. When you try to speak to a manager you get the same guy he works at a call centre and is extremely rude and unhelpful. Read other reviews there are a lot of unhappy people who have had the same problems.

DISSATISFIED!!

THE GIFT I ORDERED FOR MY COUSIN'S 21ST DID NOT ARRIVE YESTERDAY AND IS NOT THERE THIS MORNING!!
AS YOU CAN IMAGINE THE SURPRISE ELEMENT IS NOW GONE!
THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED BUT I GAVE EVERYTHING BUT FLOWERS THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT SO I WILL NOT BE DEALING WITH THEM OR RECOMMENDING THEM IN THE FUTURE!!
I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE THE GIFT IS IN THE SYSTEM ???

I can certainly understand your disappointment that your cousin did not receive her 21st Birthday gift, however it is my understanding that you had a pleasant conversation with our Customer Service Manager this morning, and it was established that you entered an incorrect delivery address when placing the order. Without a correct delivery address, our couriers are unable to deliver, and this explains why the gift was not delivered and is on its way back to us. STILL NOT DELIVERED!!!!

The parcel originally ordered on Tuesday morning, Attempted delivery to front reception of the hospital on the Thursday morning but my friend had been discharged. Paid for re-delivery that night! (another 10.95) Still not delivered over 10 days later!!! Said they were delivering within 3 days. Not a phone call till I sent an email. The girl was super apologetic on the phone as she had just started with the company. Will never use them again!!!! No phone call saying any problems with delivery either!!! So disappointed as my friend had brain surgery and was in a bad way.

Indeed the package was initially returned to us, and you paid for it to be resent on the same day you were informed about the return. An alternative address was given a few days later, after which the package was dispatched. According to the tracking, the delivery is still in transit, and you are absolutely correct that it should have been successfully delivered by now. I will be on touch with the courier first thing in the morning and update you as soon as I can. My sincere apologies that this has taken longer than it should have.
