With family living in Australia, sending them gifts from South Africa just became super easy and fun. I loved all the gift choices, the service was great !

I received a voucher from Everything But Flowers as a birthday gift from my parents overseas. They have sent me vouchers for this site before, and I've always been able to find something fun and different.
However, this time I misplaced the voucher/deleted the email and basically could find no record of it. After contacting the company, they were able to send me a new voucher code, no problem.

I had some issues with the ordering process online, so contacted them on the online chat, and when they couldn't resolve it that way, they rang me to sort it out.

My gifts are now on the way and I'm very pleased to be able to thank my parents for the unique items I'll soon have in my kitchen.

I ordered the glass chrysanthemum teapot, as a treat for myself, I would have like the opportunity to also order some herbal teas at the same time. Than it would have been perfect
