Do not trust this company
They offered me 31.5k for my car. I accepted. Less than 24hrs before collection they told me the price was now 29k. I declined their offer and sold the car elsewhere the next day for 30k. If you read their reviews on reviews.co.uk, these can only be done with their permission so how accurate do you think they really are?

We tried to save your appointment by inviting other verified dealers to purchase your vehicle, so we presented you with their highest offer which unfortunately wasn't up to your expectations.
This is an extremely rare event, which we avoid by ensuring we only work with dealers we trust and who are rated highly by previous customers. Please rest assured that dealers who cancel appointments with such short notice often become excluded from our database of verified dealers, as this does not reflect the level of customer service we expect for our customers.
Please be aware that our customers only receive a review invitation from Reviews.co.uk via email after their appointment is completed.
