Shadrock at Aspire Lounge Kenya International Airport provided outstanding service. Attentive, professional and genuinely welcoming he went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made my experience memorable. Aspire Lounge is lucky to have him on the team.

Dirty tables

Dirty tables, rubbish food that you can’t eat scrambled eggs that look like popcorn everything other than larger you have to buy and pay extra to a rip off not much choice poor quality

Very friendly staff

Very friendly staff. Clean and well serviced. Very basic interior decoration. Decent wine and liquor options. Marginal food quality, marginally interesting and options compared to all other lounges.

Bad Overall Experience

The quality of the food offered was extremely poor, and the attendants appeared disengaged and uninterested in their roles. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
As a very frequent flyer, I visit this lounge regularly. Unfortunately, the Aspire Lounge in Newcastle - despite a relatively new renovation - has consistently declined in quality over the last few years, when one would reasonably expect it to improve instead.

Not with the money

Arrived at 7pm T2 Manchester, and was told we could go in but it closes at 8pm. Fine, we paid in, and then by the time we got in add another 5 mins on, and then the bar closed at 7:30pm!!! We were not told of this prior, and when we told them on the way out that we should have been informed, she got her manager over and said I did tell them, and we were completely fobbed off . Really disappointed with the lounge. The bar staff however were really good, and when I told them our problem then got us another drink each. The lady on the door and the manager 28/01 7pm, were completely disregarding of the situation
