Wilted food, no replenishment, basement

Many empty plates, several food options were not replenished within 30 minutes, very few vegan options, several members of staff with an unapproachable attitude. Extremely poor design of furnishing, very small tables, no windows. Basement feeling. No fresh juices. Wilted vegetables. No forks.
