Simple and quick to get a quote online, and one of the few companies I tried that does not require the policyholder to between 18 & 65, and live in Spain, France or Portugal. It's a big world and not all expats want to live in Europe!

I will not buy any insurance from them again
It was a respectable company and I had positive experiences with them before but unfortunately they changed their approach and hired unprofessional people who deal with customers maliciously and mockingly like Mr. Mike Beldie and I think this will negatively affect the company's approach. My experience with him was very bad and I will not buy any insurance from them again

We just purchased the policy so obviously have not had to make a claim yet. However, based on our experience of buying insurance and using the website we highly recommend. We found the website easy to use and the chats and email communication with Jay-Luke, were always prompt, clear and friendly.
