the product I opted for and paid for was not delivered. I paid for 6mm artificial grass all that was delivered was a light wind controlled products which was of no use to me.

I did not read such information in the product column. I deserve a refund

No delivery of my order.
DX tracking says a card was left at my home address. None was left
No answer at DX customer services with endless calls ringing out
A note was left on my front door explaining for package to be left on driveway. No luck in trying express grass for any guidance.

Ordered samples and paid for postage. One week later still not arrived, so gave my order to one of their competitors who delivered samples two days after payment.

This review relates to ordering free samples of the various grades of Astro turf. It is obviously impossible to be certain about what turf to order without having seen and felt it beforehand. I had tentatively chosen one before receiving a sample pack of seven types. I then found that my tentative choice had been wrong but am now confident to order one of the others.

Very helpful from start to finish, perfect cut and grass is brilliant, delivered in 3 days and left where I’d asked, would recommend ExpressGrass to friends and family.

Great product for the money

Although the delivery cost was a bit expensive my goods arrived the day after my order. I immediately got to work and installed the product (artificial hedge )and I am delighted with the results. Thank you.

Seems like the rake will work just fine on my size of artificial grass.

Far better than expected - purchased to provide a puppy friendly area on decking and has been better than expected. No slipping as water is completely draining away. Easy to clean. Delighted.

Very easy to order with a quick response to process the order. Delivery could have possibly been free of charge, but we were impressed with the service and product. We are about to re order for more astro turf of the same last order.
