Great Quality

Great Quality

Dispatch fast however the bulky rolls deter drivers and left in hubs for 4 days.

After Customer Service followed up, it arrived next day.

Got exactly what I paid for

Got exactly what I paid for, lowest grade grass, still of excellent quality , for a small area of the garden.
Delivery quick, and the guy was very helpful with storing the 4m length of roll where I needed it.

Returning customer.

Lovely quality . Fast delivery. I've used express grass before and found they are a great company to buy from . So naturally I decided to use them again . Glad I did as not disappointed with my choice .

Disappointed

Products were very dirty and the outer packaging was ripped upon arrival. Contacted both the company and the delivery provider but neither provided a response. Poor customer service.
