As a girl, it’s usually nerve wracking to go to auto places by myself because I’m not really knowledgeable when it comes to cars, so sometimes that leads to me leaving with a whole bunch of parts that I don’t need . I went in for an oil change at Express Oil expecting the same treatment , but Lizandro went above and beyond to help me. The process was quick and I was offered great customer service. Lizandro also advised me on what counterparts he noticed on my car that may need some tweaking in the future . To any girl, or individual, who has the same issues I did, I would definitely recommend coming here!! Trust you will not be disappointed

Chris and the team at the Riverview location are always professional and courteous. He and his team are straightforward and honest when it comes to repairs and what my cars need. I have and will continue to recommend them to all who ask for a great car shop.

I had an oil plan with a dealership that recently expired. I was skeptical at first to try an express lube and oil establishment. Matt and Vince are exceptional at their respective jobs. They are knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions of concern. Thank you .

Logan and Suede did an amazing job with getting my car inspected and a tune up to get me ready for a road trip. Dealing with auto shops gives me so much anxiety. These 2 made me feel so much better and walked me through the process and was very patient with me. I didn’t feel just like a ticket to get in and out. I will definitely be trusting these guys with all my auto needs.

We broke down on I95 coming home from Orlando, and our AAA towed us to this shop. I was first in line the next AM and shared with Roger, it looks like the water pump blew. He immediately began getting details of the truck, and began diagnosing the issue. He kept me informed and did the necessary work to make the repairs needed. The staff was super friendly, professional, and proficient. We were back on the road by noon. Great warranty on the parts and felt taken care of during our stressful trip. Very thankful for the great work on the truck, Roger. Highly recommend!

Went in for my scheduled oil change...DJ did my oil change..4-13-26.. scheduled to have a diagnostic test today4-13-26 to look underneath car..told me exactly what was wrong..which isn't as major as I thought..but will be fixed..was quoted a price to fix in few months..thank you Kyle..to explaining this to me..both were extremely helpful..

Don’t believe the 10 minute oil change. I waited be hide 1 car for over 35 minutes until I backed up and left. Nobody came to the window to apologize. Nobody came to the window to tell you what was going on what was taking so long. They actually walked around Laza days ago like they really didn’t care. And I was not the only person that left multiple cars left.

My technician Jacob was fast, efficient and thorough...explained what he had done and even showed me oil level at end of service. Fair price for level of service. Will return.

I had a great experience with Tony today in the new Owasso location. He went out of his way to help me understand what was going on with my car. It was pouring rain but he didn’t care as long as I was taken care of. I usually have my husband handle anything going on with our vehicles but considering he is out of town I thought I would give this new place close to home a shot. I am so glad I did!!! Tony made me feel especially respected. I have been to other places where they treat women like they know nothing. I didn’t feel that way at all. Tony is definitely an asset to Express Oil! I will be telling friends and family of this great company/location and have them ask for him!

I had an excellent experience. My mechanics name was Lamar. He was respectful and he got my oil change done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend again.
