Great Customer Service In a Difficult Situation
I am specifically calling out and reviewing Samantha G for her service. I used the PayPal zero percent financing option and it was shipped to the wrong address, I was pretty frustrated initially but realized later that PayPal had somehow set the shipping address wrong. In the end Samantha G went above and beyond to find a way to make this work and my new parts are on the way. I am a VIP member and recommend that upgrade to anyone reading this review. Samantha was able to leverage my VIP membership with great customer service to get the new parts sent to me without waiting for the PayPal situation to resolve itself. Faded Roll Bar Covers
Purchased roll bar covers for my Jeep one month ago. They’re already faded and have a purple tint to them. My Jeep is even covered all day and they still faded! On top of that they were extremely difficult to get on. Not happy at all with this purchase.

Like most companies I have online Jeep parts experience with Extreme Terrain is the same. Parts are advertised beautifully. You order the part. Your 300 plus dollars are taken out immediately. Then the game begins. When will I get my order. Rarely when they say it will. So there you go. Arrival date has passed and the order has not even shipped. Very disappointing.

Extreme Terrain will NOT honor the Purchased Protection Plan
The Extreme Terrain rep told me what I needed to order (i did not select the item). In the neantime I was hospatalized. Afterward, when the dealer tried to install the item I was advised it was the wrong part. 1) don't bother trying to call them, you press lots of options, do not get a rep and then get disconnected. 2) I was given a claims email but they received no record of my problem. 3) Although I bought the protection plan, they will not honor it. I am now sitting with a worthless purchase. THEY ARE A SCAM AND UNREPUTABLE. DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. Yes, I am TOTALLY disgusted.

Knowledgeable agents and easy ordering.
There seems to be available agents any time you need them. I had a part problem with an order and the company had the manufacturer send a replacement. I’m waiting on a recent order to arrive and look forward to adding these additions to my 2005 Rubicon Unlimited. Bushwacker Flat Style Fender Flares and LED cornering lights.
