Your friendly and professional customer service when we finally made it to the Basingstoke store in the afternoon was so welcoming and helpful. Great service FatFace
The staff at the Basingstoke store have been very helpful. Being 6ft 5ins, the ability to try stuff on, then order the ‘tall’ size for delivery is perfect.
Well done FatFace! My go-to store, for quality and a great fit.

Lovely clothes
I visited the Basingstoke and bought some lovely clothes but had to order the trousers online as you don't stock short lengths in store which is frustrating. However I was able to use my Blue Light card for a discount both in store and online which was a bonus! The online order arrived as expected.

I love Fatface products their jeans are just the best! I also like the ethos of the company.
I had online returns to be processed in store and this was handled in a breeze, no problem.
I bought another couple of bits in store but despite discussing and showing my Blue Light Card the discount wasn't taken off and I didn't realise this until I got home.

When ordering online always comes the same day you choose. When a recent order had not arrived after a few days they were very helpful on the phone to resolve this issue.

Fatface are a great retailer. The shop always looks well stocked &tidy. It feels like walking into a very expensive & luxurious shop. Ordering online is easy & im kept up to date with my orders. I never have any problems if I have to return anything.
