This his whole process was superb! I ordered my new items online and paid against a gift card which I had no problems with. My order was delivered to store 4 days earlier than expected which was great 😊 Went straight there, my items were handed over to me and off I went. Everything in my order was also perfect 😁

Plenty of choice
Easy to order for click and collect, and return if necessary. I always find clothes that I like and they mostly fit well. Usually well made too, although quite pricey for some things, so good value if you can wait for the sales. Staff are friendly, cheerful and helpful.

Good quality clothing, as expected from Fat Face. Nice fit, styles and colours. The clothes that I ordered arrived in store on time for my collection. I'm pleased with my new summer tops and trousers, and I have been wearing them already.
