We were searching for the perfect Christmas jumper gift for our son and had almost given up! Amazingly found 2 we thought he would love. Chose one. Had a lovely chat with the assistant about our choice and our experience shopping in Nottingham. Later ordered the 2nd choice online. We are now big fans of FatFace and our son loved both jumpers.

I purchased 4 items today in the sale…
I purchased 4 items today in the sale and only realised when I got home that I was wrongly charged for one of the items it should have been £7.50 in the sale but I was charged the original price of £22.50 . I rang the store to let them know , they have agreed to refund the £15 to me when I go back tomorrow, but I will incur parking charge so will be out of pocket because of there error. So am not only now wasting time going back and more money on parking . 🙁

Great Service
Just wanted to say popped into the store for the first time in years (11/12/23) to try on a couple of items. The chap who served me was extremely helpful showed me other items, talked knowledgeably about the products as a result I bought an extra item plus ordered two more when I got home.

Easy to navigate website. My purchases were in the sale and collection from store. Fast delivery and kept informed at each stage. Cargo trousers and lacy blouse are perfect as described.

I bought 1 size top in shop and another size on line. after careful thought I wanted to return both as I'd prefer a longer style. I went to the Nottingham branch and the return process was fast and efficient.
