T shirts, socks and hoody were fab, jeans fit at first really well but loosen up and become baggy quickly. Shame as loved them at first.

Ordered online and delivery was swift
Ordered online and delivery was swift. I bought 3 items but had one item I needed to return so I returned it to my local branch of Fatface. The whole process was very straight forward. The person who dealt with my return in the Salisbury store was most helpful and efficient.

Excellent customer service team who helped when I had a lot of problems with my delivery by Evri who delivered my parcel to the wrong address despite being advised the correct one one.
