No response to email asking for advice
Ordered 2 months worth of tablets due to the claim there were no side effects. This is untrue and I have had to stop taking the product after a few days.
I have emailed the company to ask their advice but received no response.

Waste of money

Don’t buy this product. It’s completely a fake advertisement. I bought these capsules and didn’t lose not even 100 g. In addition, they advertise that it is 100% refundable but when I contacted the customer service, they told me I am beyond the 15 days period of time. How I can get to test the effect and decide to return it within 15 days if they advertise that we need to be patient with the results. I really hate how fake the media is nowadays.

Badly let down
In all faith, having seen how this product was so popular with the judges on Dragon's Den, I thought I'd give it a go. In fact I bought a second lot a couple of months later as I knew it would obviously take time to work. Now three months down the line, I can only say it doesn't work! I did lose a couple of pounds but quickly put them back on again. I wrote to the company, waste of time. Save your money, especially as it's so expensive. And I knew nothing about the 14 day return policy. So angry.

On my third box too and like most reviews this is the worst product and not worth even wasting your money on! Ive have noticed that Figur always reply back and claim they cannot find your order!
I have actually somehow managed to put on weight with taking this pill, i have been on a calorie deficit and work out 3-5 times a week, not changed anything that I previously done and bought 6 months worth as i wanted drastic weight loss, so will now have to throw away 3 boxes. No other benefits mentioned have been noticed either!
It false advertising and am yet to read someone writing that they have actually lost weight on trust pilot
They also make you pay for the return of product which is not clear on their website

This doesn't work for everyone
I guess this doesn't work for everyone. Im on my 3rd box and yet I am not more motivated, not less hungry, not less fatigued not seeing the weight fall off. I have not noticed any of the good affects that i am supposed to be seeing by now.
I will not be going for anymore of this product. I can get something just as good from Holland & Barrett for a few pounds instead of the scandalous price Figur costs. If I'd seen the outcome of taking Figur for 3 months I wouldn't have bothered buying it in the 1st place. It's all psychological.

No reply to emails
I have Emailed this company several times to request money back due to the product not working from the 12th January. I did not receive a response until yesterday. They told me they had not received the returned product. I told them that I was awaiting their reply and as this was the first reply please would they give me an address to send product back.
I had another reply soon after stating that they had responded to my emails but as I have not returned product within 14 days I cannot receive payment back.
I did not have any email sent to me by them until yesterday. I have Emailed again and have not heard back. I feel very disappointed as I bought 3 months supply and was assured that if the product did not work I would receive full payment back.
