We have used Garry as our mortgage broker for a third time now, and he has always gone above and beyond. I find him incredibly organised, helpful, honest, and has given us great advice each time. He has taken all the stress out of the mortgage application process for multiple years now.

We initially used Garry as we had a complicated application, and he helped us navigate through it. I honestly don't think we could have done it without him. We have continued to use Garry as we were so impressed the first time around and he has delivered a similar excellent service each time our mortgage was up for renewal. He follows up weekly and answers any and all questions we've had. He always has time for us and I can't recommend him enough.

The advisor I was Dealing with (Garry Smith) was very thorough, efficient, and honest! I was advised maximums, and even with a slightly difficult application he was able to deliver! Garry also kept in constant contact throughout and advised at every stage of the process. Cant Complain!

Having paid another advisor £1000 upfront who then couldn’t help me as a business owner and being self employed a year of poor service lead me to find this company and they have been brilliant with me and sorted me a mortgage within 3 months easy to work with very helpful and now getting my daughter on the property ladder also Prabz top man and great service would highly recommend anyone needing a mortgage advisor to use these guys

Our broker Gary, has not only been a professional, but very approachable over the last few months, I felt I could ask him anything at anytime and it would never be an issue.

Our case was a complex one with adverse credit, but it never seemed to be a problem for Gary, he dealt with the issues promptly and resolved many obstacles for us. At some point I felt we would never be accepted for a mortgage, but Gary made it happen.

His knowledge regarding different lenders and locations was extensive and his friendly professionalism, made this a much less stressful experience for us.

Garry Smith is by far one of the best advisers ( I say adviser because he is more than a 'mortgage adviser') I have ever come across. He is informative, pragmatic and patient - I have been working with him over a period of time and due to changes in my work etc - the goalposts for obtaining a mortgage have moved. Garry has made each step easy - he has calmed me down and lifted me up and as a single woman I have valued his help so much. He is also incredibly knowledgeable about providers and the market. This was our first mortgage and it was complicated due to few things, but thanks to Kia we got through it all no trouble, Kia was straight onto everything and helped us over every problem and there was a few due to it being a complicated situation. I have been using FAC for a few years now when sorting a mortgage and life insurance. I have recently moved house and for a number of reasons it took quite a few months to complete. Kia was great throughout the period, always on top of things and making sure I was getting the best deal and she explained the technical details of the mortgage clearly and simply (which I needed). She also managed to sort my life and critical illness cover. I will be contacting her again when my mortgage is up for renewal.

Was referred over from a friend and I couldn't of asked for a better experience. I was nervous quite of the cost of living crisis but kia reassured me of everything helped me pick the best deal out and locked it into place 3 months prior to my deal expiring. Kia was on hand for any questions I had and was responded to quickly and efficiently. If I could of giving more than 5 stars I would! Would definatiy recommend
