Twice they are not capable of packing a few fittings in a box and protecting them from impact damage. Waisted time and return shipping cost because these guys are clueless in what they are doing. Highly not recommended!

We used to use other "big name vendors" for a lot of our supplies but the difference between "big name vendors" and Fittingsnvalves is big name companies try to see how much they can make off their customers where Fittingnvalves tries to see how much they can save their customers.

This is an awesome company to work with and we have been using them for a few years and they've helped us save money for a few years. Great service, quality products, fast delivery and awesome savings... what more can you ask for??

I needed copper fittings for one of our projects, they had everything in stock at an excellent price. Delivery was quick too. I'll definitely be ordering from them in the future

We have been buying from Fittings N'Valves for years now - und used this vendor even to source hard to find parts. Always excellent customer service and fast order fulfillment at the most competitive pricing.

I ordered from this company and found the customer service to be great. The product was sent quickly and they answered all of my questions. I will order from them again.

I ordered 3 black right/left nipples on Nov 12th. I received them Nov 19th. I don't know if Amazon has spoiled us, but I thought with a $19.97 shipping charge, they would be received within 1-2 days. Not so. Once received, the right side (clock wise) threaded in fine. Righty-Tighty, but the left side (reverse Counter clockwise) did not thread in at all. I called the support line and was told they would send a link for me to respond with pictures. I explained that all 3 did not work and they might just have a bad batch. She said send the pic and they would look. I did not receive a link so I called again. They said to attach to the last email I received from fittingsnvalves which was this survey link. I did that and still have not heard anything. So my closet is a mess having to wait for the product then the product doesn't work and I am still waiting.

Took two weeks, and four different shipments, to finally get all the items that they claimed were in stock. It Defeated the purpose of having them overnighted. We finally canceled the order for the remaining items. We then returned the rest of the items and still never got credit back for it is that we did not return all the items. We could not return all the items because we never got all of the items. There is only one person who answers the phone and there is no accounting department or customer service or shipping department. This place is a scam.

I placed an order for a project but didn’t receive all the pieces, as one of the items wasn’t available. Because I needed all of the parts, I didn’t want a partial order, so I requested a refund. Two weeks and 2 emails later, I finally receive the return instructions, indicating I would receive my refund when they received the package. I sent the package, at my expense, via UPS. The package was delivered 7 days ago, to their location. I’ve emailed twice, and still haven’t received a refund. I will never use this company again. At this point, it’s not about the refund amount, but about customer service…which is not so good.

I just started dealing with this company and right away I noticed That their customer service is just 100% top-notch. Within a period of three days. I reached out to them once by phone and once by email with a question and they were available right away and took care of what I needed done.
They also have great prices and they get the orders out super quick.

Amazing customer service! Spoke with Evan @2pm wed and placed an order that we had forgotten to order. We live in Northern Vermont and everything takes a bit longer.
