Pieces came quickly and worked perfectly for my desk project with some electrical tape on the flanges to make them tight. Will certainly buy again when needed.

Terrible service. Order items over a week ago, was told they would arrive in 4 - 5 days. The tracking site shows a partial shipment left after 9 days, they rest has only a shipping label printed; i.e. hasn't made it to the shipper. I send emails... no response. Called, was told I'd have a response within 24 hours... heard nothing. I'm about to cancel the whole thing.

Fittingsnvalves hands down has the best customer service of any company I have had dealings with. They are very prompt answering any questions that I have about the products. I recommend them to everyone!!

When I had an issue of a missing piece, Evan got on the phone and handled the issue and offered additional help with any upcoming projects we might have. Friendly, professional and responsive. I've been sourcing all of my Schedule 40 black steel fittings, nipples and valves from the FittingsNValves ownership team's prior enterprise since summer of 2015. My 5 1/2 year experience has been -- with very occasional exception -- a consistently high value proposition, top level customer-focused support, assertive pricing vis a vis rest of marketplace and -- perhaps most importantly -- fluid exchange of communication so that on the very rare occasion when I needed to reach out for explanation or correction, they had team members qualified and engaged in the process able to take accountability and dive in pronto. Bottom line is I was very happy and usually, with other suppliers, I'm not.

So when I was informed that the ownership team was going to transition over to new entity and attempt raise the bar by rolling out FittingsNValves I was understandably doubtful they could bump up the bar but certainly hopeful they'd prove me wrong. They've apparently tweaked their model, streamlined some core competencies while shaving off some peripheral underperformers that have essentially enabled them to refine the 80/20 rule and now meet my needs with even a bit more precision and more attractive margins (for them and me) than previously.

Usually, I'm 1,000% "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". These guys' previous online plumbing & piping direct supply vehicle was definitely not broke --- but they went out and made it better anyways! Trust me -- I am a supply chain horse's ass and most of my suppliers want to kick me to the curb few times a year because I'm barely worth the hassle. This is going to sound like a pitch line but it's not: FittingsNValves is the absolute best mix of service, selection and streamlined value source of these imported and domestic plumbing & piping parts you will find. I'm glad they proved me wrong.

Bought a bunch of black fittings and nipples for one of my projects. Arrived quickly and I love them. I will be back.
