Friendly staff. Quick repair.

My car was sent to fix auto by my insurance,i would not recomend this company to anyone,work was never finished after 7 months,the scottish manager is very rude and argumentative,need to learn how to speak to customers.

Excellent service, fix autos is my previous insurance companies accident repairers. Dropped off my car and collected s lovely coirtesy car, which. I was totally gutted to part with when mine was repaired. My cars MOT was due whilst in for repairs and they kindly took mine to another gatage to get this done whilst it was with them. Would happily recommend.

Absolutely no problems from start to finish, very friendly staff, good communication and first class repair.

Fix Auto did a great job. They collected my car from work and returned it as good as new back to my home.
My only disappointment was that there was no courtesy car available so a bit inconvenient for a couple of weeks. Can’t complain about the repair though. Very happy!

Excellent service and communication. Courtesy car was lovely, clean and delivered when my car was collected, same when job was finished, my vehicle was delivered to myself. Staff professional and friendly. Repairs on my vehicle I cannot fault it looks like new.

Very impressed. Fix Auto provided an excellent service, collecting our car, providing a very suitable courtesy car and then bringing our car back when mended as we had Covid and couldn’t leave the house. All those we dealt with were efficient, polite and extremely helpful and our car looks great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their car mended.

Fix auto did an excellent job fixing my car, and when I had a further problem they sorted it out straight away.

all the work has been done in perfection, just a little hiccup with with calls to be made when told.

I recently had accident causing damage to the rear of my car. I contacted my insurance company Admiral and gave them all the relevant details. They told be within 2 days Fix Autos would call me to arrange a repair. Within 1 hour of this phone call Fix Autos called me and we arranged a date for my car to go in for repair and a loan car would be supplied. This was planned for 2 weeks after the accident. The repair got put back slightly as there was an issue with supplying me with a car but i was kept fully informed. When i took the car in for repair i was greeted by friendly staff and they went through the repair process with me and gave me an eta for the repairs to take place. After the promised 2 weeks i got the call to collect my car. Wow they have done an outstanding job on my car. The level of workmanship is second to none. I wouldn't hesitate going back to Fix autos for any other work. Highly recommended.

My wife dropped our car off this afternoon totally unhelpfull reception staff. We don't really want your car, have you put it in a bay, it's a 13 plate we'll probably scrap it, you've no chance of a courtesy car. Thankyou very much.

They were very helpful and answered any queries we had. My husband has motorbility problems but the receptionist helped transport items from one car to the other.
