Repair completed ahead of time for holiday
When I booked my car in for repair I had a specific date when the car needed to be completed by as I had a holiday booked and needed the car back for then.
Fixauto completed the repair ahead of time and made a great job of the repair.
Staff were courteous and very helpful.

Poor quality wo
Did some work on my car and was rejected by myself 3 times on 3 separate occasions due to poor workmanship for things that were poorly done or not done at all… paint runs, dents etc ! Do they not do any quality checks on work carried out before they phone customer and say car is ready to collect. Would not recommend them and will never use them again!

Poor communication with customers
I dont have any issue with the work carried out on my vehicle, I have an issue with the fact that my car was with the garage just short of 4 weeks, a lot longer than initially expected yet we did not receive 1 phone call to update us on where they were with the repairs. Myself and my husband both called the office who didn't have any information to give us, it was quite unprofessional in all honesty. When I collected my car I paid a £400 excess payment and was advised I would receive an email including all the information about what repairs had been carried out and a receipt for my payment, I am yet to receive any such email yet I have had a review request. Quite disappointed considering this was the garage my insurance company recommended.
