Fix auto had my car last year after accident , and radiator was leaking . Few months later unfortunate due to faulty repair work done by them my car has been taken in twice and ended up paying more money which they had failed to fix

Best place in my view
Fantastic service , quick and efficient. Recently required two lots of repairs the first experience from another company was disappointing had to wait 9 weeks for repair and constantly changing dates. This time fix auto had done all the work within 7 working days. Very happy customer.

The cars they provide as courtesy are generally up to a good standard and the body work that was done is immaculate. Very friendly helpful service. Showed Raj the scratch on my car, caused by someone nearly forcing us off the road, expecting to have to make an appointment to book the car in but he said he could polish it out which he did there and then. Car was fixed ok but customer service was bad. I had to chase to find out info on my car and person on the other end of the phone (don’t know her name) was so rude and sarcastic, spoke to me like I was an idiot. Car came back dirty inside, which is not how I was when they took it away to be repaired.

Check vehicle before leaving garage and returning to customer.
Staff should be polite and keep customers updated with progress.

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. Had a broken rear light fitting that needed replacing and some slight bumper work needed. Arranged to drop off at 8am, was ready to collect at 2pm, the same day. They also did an unexpected valeting of my car (both inside and out), which was a nice gesture.
Nice, friendly and helpful staff, and a fair price for the work done, so very pleased to recommend Fix Auto Chelmsford.

Quick and efficient my car was repaired in 2 weeks, I had a courtesy car dropped off to me and my car returned to me when it was completed.

If I could give nothing for a review I…
If I could give nothing for a review I would! One of the worst places I have ever experienced. Not only did I receive no contact what so ever about my car and the repairs the attitudes of the staff at Chelmsford is disgusting! Telling lies and not doing their job. Had a loan car after waiting nearly 4 days and was the worse loan car I have ever driven! Made a complaint about the handbrake and was told “can’t do anything about it”. Absolute disgusting customer service would strongly recommend never using them!
