Very pleased with the excellent accident repair perform by Fix Auto.
My car, although driveable, was collected by a recovery truck and was checked for any non-accidental damage prior to collection!
There was a delay due to parts availability, a new tailgate and bumper assy were required.
I purchased my car new in March 2025 but, after the repair by Fix Auto, I cannot find any difference in my car from when it was new! A big thanks to the team at Fix Auto and a special thanks to Ian Perkins for your help!

All of the staff are brilliant! They kept communication regularly and the work carried out was perfect!

Great service from start to finish very easy to deal and went above and beyond my car was in for repair due to hit and run but while in for repair my MOT was about to run out so they arranged for this be done while they had the car. Collection and delivery back to me was fast. Staff are always there to help.

Pick up car and drop off as per instructions-no problems at all.

Excellent service, kept me informed throughout my repair. Car came back to me good as new and the staff are all friendly and helpful. Totally recommend.

Due to the accident my car had to be repaired. Insurance company pointed Fix Auto as approved repair centre. Staff from Fix auto contacted me organised pick up the car and kept me informed on repair progress, when car was fixed they contacted me and organised drop off. Car was repaired to high standard.

Very Pleased so far with the results. Got a call to say that they were coming to pick up my vehicle for repairs and the same on return. staff in and out of the office very courteous.

Would have given 5 stars but only gave 4 because my preference for a replacement vehicle was automatic, but was only given a manual.

Great home pick-up and delivery service. Totally on point. Small stone chip like chip on repaired bumper but trust me that doesn't make a difference to my review. Everyone was great to deal with. Perfect customer service.

Super easy from start to finish with no inconvenience to me at all.

Extremely poor service. My insurance company sent my car to them for bodywork repairs, but it was returned with a damaged internal screen. I’ve since been quoted £6,000 by the manufacturer for a replacement. They refused to accept responsibility for the damage, leaving me out of pocket.

While the original repair work and communication were good, the overall experience has been overshadowed by this issue. I’m now facing a larger bill than the initial repair, which is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise against using this company.
