Great service all round
Good communication throughout, repairs are faultless, new passenger door & the refurbished front alloys look brand new - collection & drop off to enterprise meant I could do a straight swap for a hire car, great service all round.

Impressive repairs
4elms were tasked with repairing my car after it was stolen and damaged. I was given a brand new courtesy car for the duration of the repair and kept informed throughout the process. The repair took a few months because of the wait for spare parts to arrive but when I got the car back it looked as good as new. I was very impressed.

Good communication and kept updated. Thank you but the day I got my car back a message comes up saying tyre sensor not working which isn’t how I’d expect to get my car back. Repair job looks good just this sensor issue.

Great repair
Great repair, but frustrating 3-4 weeks. Initial date for completion 22nd December, then 12th December, then 19th eventually I collected my car on the 24th December. The agreement was my vehicle was going to be delivered to Enterprises Sittingbourne. My main concern was the so called completion dates, best stick to Initial date then would not have been too far out. Towards the end I was told awaiting badges, yet two weeks before you ordered panels, why not order badges at this time knowing they had to be renewed. On collecting my car the young lady was very polite and helpful which gave me some reassurance.

My Audi S5
My Audi S5 was involved in a rear shunt on 2 September of this year. My car was taken to a recommended repair shop by my insurers. After a period of approximately 2/3 weeks the garage informed me my car was ready to be picked up. When I picked my car up it had been raining and when I took it home and cleaned it, I was horrified with the standard of work. I took the car back the next morning but the attitude of the garage manager left me no option but to complain to my insurers on the standard of work. My insurers in turn sent out a loss adjuster to examine the work. In his words it was one of the worst repairs he had seen.
I was recommended to FixAuto, in Rochester, an Audi accredited company and I have nothing but praise for all the team for their professionalism, friendliness and attention to detail. I now have my Audi back and what a wonderful job they have made of my car.
I would highly recommend this company, It's been repaired professionally and to Audi standards. I just want to thank all the staff at Fix Auto Rochester for all their hard work and returning to me my car in excellent condition. Their friendly professional team kept me informed and it was a great experience dealing with this company.

Friendly staff and great repair
Friendly staff on the phone and in person, my Audi was repaired in just over 2 weeks and looked brand new when arrived home.

My car was collected very soon after initial contact, repaired to a very high standard and delivered on completion with what looked like a full valet.
