Susan helped us organizing a multiple destination international flight. We booked at the centre in Tauranga/Bayfair and her expertise was super helpful. It was always a pleasure to meet her again. She is definitely someone who is friendly, patient and fun to do business with!

Robyn Sears was very nice and patient. She asked questions and allowed us to ask questions.

Very helpful and sorted everything I needed. Answered all the questions I had a fast communication.

Dayna made the process easy and seamless, even when I needed a couple of days to think about it , when I called back to book Dayna was on a day off but Robyn took over and booked everything for us .

Efficient service and excellent price for our airfares to Europe - very impressed!

Air New Zealand staff being so helpful. We requested a wheelchair at Tauranga which automatically provided a wheelchair at each stage including the return flights. The staff were so helpful, including fetching us early for the flights and taking us through the assisted lanes for customs and immigration.

My travel expert has been my go to person since I first made a return booking to the Philippines a little over a year ago. She has previously assisted with a transfer of flight dates but very recently with a flight cancellation as I do not intend returning to New Zealand, so I do not require that return flight.
Throughout my contacts with her and throughout the whole process she has been extremely diligent and helpful, never missing a beat to be of assistance.
Tina has always without exception demonstrated courtesy and professionalism, nothing has been too difficult for Tina, even when I have asked difficult questions. It has been a pleasure to have her work with me. She is a definite asset to the Flight Centre and deserves recognition for this. I hope this review will be passed onto her and her manager.
I will certainly be asking for her if I need further travel assistance.

Going into our first big trip our travel agent Logan made everything really easy and straight forward. He gave us some really great advice and recommendations. We gave him our budget and he absolutely nailed it! Now the rest of our family wants to book a holiday with him!

From the moment we started talking with Prue (Bayfair Tauranga) she was so helpful. Giving us options and her experience having lived there. Even going above and beyond trying to find a cruise that we could finish our holiday with. Such great and efficient service and within two days of first seeing her for our holiday, we had our tickets for flights (she even asked us where we wanted to sit, never been asked before) also our car rental agreement and insurance. Has found us awesome accommodation and great deals on theme park tickets and has said to email or phone with any questions we may have. Definitely worth the travel from Whakatane to sort our holiday. We have found our new travel agent with Prue. 😊
