We had no issues walked in Charlotte Baigent was on to it straight away listening to our plan and putting a package in place within one hour,not to bad there was 3 of us . Only had to return next day to say yes that's us and show our passports to confirm spelling of names and pay for trip and get hard copies of itinerary. I have already given Charlotte's name to two guys to book trips.

I would definitely recommend Chantal Grim travel agent at Cambridge. Chantal is approachable has lots of Knowledge and always responds in a super fast time frame . I have found that having Chantal organise my flight took a lot of pressure off myself. Chantel is extremely helpful and great with communication.
