Sheldon at the Newtown office was very helpful and very pleasant and personable; had done his homework and had sorted out some options, one of which was the right one for us. He made it easy and we left feeling really good and knowing we'd made progress.

I always go back to Lauren. She is very patient and works out exactly what is best for me.

the Flight Centre Ponsonby staff are amazing. They sort out anything with speed and precision. They take time to talk to you, they listen and then make it happen. I had the great pleasure of being looked after by Kimi, who went above and beyond. She even helped me with a booking of a family member which was not part of her brief. She just wanted to be - and was - extra helpful. Very thoughtful, generous and efficient!

I usually book my own flights if they are easy ones but due to middle east issues I needed help to sort some flights. I phoned and got amazing service form Gemma Woodruff. She handled it all easily, understood what I needed and she got back to me promptly which is exactly what I like and don't often get from some travel agents. I will definitely use her again when we book a big trip next year across multiple countries.

Ayden Stevens was awesone, professional, patient, helpful and very knowledgeable. Would definitely see him everytime we travel to make our,arrangements.

We had no issues walked in Charlotte Baigent was on to it straight away listening to our plan and putting a package in place within one hour,not to bad there was 3 of us . Only had to return next day to say yes that's us and show our passports to confirm spelling of names and pay for trip and get hard copies of itinerary. I have already given Charlotte's name to two guys to book trips.

We mostly over the years have booked out own trips. Time has caught up with us so my husband and I called into the Nelson flight centre.
We met Barbara and instantly hit it off. Explained what we wanted and she kept in touch.
Then we went back and a short time later we were all booked. Barbara is quick, efficient and so very helpful and all with a smile.
None of this sitting on websites spending so much wasted time.
Now we just need to sit back and go and holiday knowing its all sorted.
