Di Nicol organised our flights and some accomodation for an upcoming trip to Vietnam. Di was very professional, friendly and answered our many questions in a very prompt manner . I would highly recommend Di to anyone looking to make travel arrangements .

I have been planning our holiday to Samoa for 6 adults and 1 child, for 10 days. I have been dealing with Liston who has been an absolute legend. He was always there to answer any questions, and would always provide me with options about accomodation. There was a lot of back and fourth and he remained polite, professional, patient and always willing to help. I’m so grateful for all the help and guidance that you have given and provide to give.

A company is only as good as its staff and Emma Quinn who picked up my call listened to my request and promptly sent me a quote for just what I asked for. Her efficient helpful service for exceeded my expectations

We recently returned from a wonderful trip to Singapore, organised through Flight Centre with Lendl’s help.

As always, Lendl looked after us extremely well. This is not the first time we have booked through her, and once again she gave us great advice and followed us through the trip in a very professional and helpful way.

We chose The Clan Hotel, and Lendl organised the booking for us. The hotel was excellent — very nice, very central, and with the MRT station literally just outside the hotel, making it easy to get anywhere in Singapore.

This is the second time I have contacted Di Nichol to book a trip for me. She is absolutely wonderful. She takes the time to understand my needs, I ask her so many questions and she is always lovely and answers them clearly, she alerts me to things I missed (the fine print), she gives me guidance and ideas. Although I know it would be cheaper for me to do this alone, but it is worth going to Flight Centre just to get someone who can give you a good and rational advice. Thanks Di

I recently booked a trip for myself and two older kids to Gold Coast. Lendyl was our agent she was amazing! Checked on me beforehand as I was a bit nervous to travel, everything was well organised.
