We love the flooring we purchased and got it at a good price. Not everything with the laying went to plan but Embleton were there to help when we ran into difficulties.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Andy from Embleton Flooring and was incredibly impressed by his professionalism, honesty and depth of knowledge. Great to receive free samples. Unfortunately I realised the sample I would like to use across my house is for a product not available in Western Australia so that’s hugely disappointing! Suggest don’t ship samples if product unavailable in location. Thank you

Great customer service
There was an issue with the delivery due to the courier, which was outside Embelton Flooring's control. However, Embelton have been extremely helpful and assisted in resolving the issue quickly and professionally.
I haven't installed the flooring yet, but I'll update this review once the installation is complete.
Throughout the process, communication from Embelton was excellent, and I was very happy with the level of customer service
