Excellent service,... always go above and beyond to help. Really know what they are doing I would trust them to carry out work/repairs on any devices.

My cordless magnetic charger feature stopped working after my screen was replaced by fone tech in Lincoln. Tried my 3 magnetic chargers, my wife's phone charges ok on all 3 chargers, so it's my phone which must be faulty. The feature was working fine until my screen was replaced, now I have to charge using cable. Don't want to take phone back to fone tech incase they do more damage. Not satisfied with the result which cost me £115.

I had a screen replaced by these clearly did not use a genuine part as a week after my screen is playing up and need to get replaced i do not recommend them

called into Newark branch as I had a problem with my phone . it was fixed in 5min. he was very helpful.
I will go there again if I have any problems

Highly recommend this place..my husbands phone wasn't charging so we took it in to have charging port changed..he looked at it and found it had muck in it..he gave it a clean and said no new port needed. Many places would have said it needed one..really quick service, excellent price. Will b using this place all the time for repairs.glad we found it

The staff are so friendly and helpful excellent customer service and knowledgeable. Highly recommended for accessories and repairs so helpful with me on choosing a phone case and putting on a screen protector thank you guys.

don't know what us elderly people would do without shops like this. Staff are marvellous, had my phone twenty minutes, completely sorted. Great service

The Fone Tech at the Orchards in Haywards Heath was really helpful. I thought my iPhone camera had broken, and the guy could have taken me for a ride, because it was just the protector which had cracked. He replaced the lense protector for me- really appreciated his honesty
