I purchased some AirPods a few weeks ago from this company through a lady on Facebook these stopped working after a few weeks . Returned them to the address given this was 3 weeks ago not heard anything and she has now blocked me ?

I purchased some Apple Airpods from this company, and when they arrived, there were persistent issues with connection/disconnection, powering on and off. I tried to work through the various help to resolve this, but with no avail. When comparing with Genuine Apple Airpods, the build quality is very poor and a brand new pair which I purchase from a genuine reseller worked perfectly well first time. Not a good purchase and looking for a refund. I am not sure they are genuine products. My email to the original email address got bounced back though. Have they gone out of business?

Buyer Beware! Bought a pair of AirPods, supposedly genuine refurbished. They are Chinese fakes, Apple doesn’t recognise the serial number and they have connection issues, and the sound quality is mediocre at best. Don’t waste your money.

So I have ordered some refurbished airpods from Headphone-zone.. on the transaction receipt it states to Fone Tech, also states that I must contact someone via email..

I have emailed on x2 occasions with no response. I feel like I have just wasted money down the drain and it is really frustrating knowing that I don't even know who to send these back to. This is obviously some form of con. Given I haven't heard back from the company I just wanted to warn others in case they face this issue

I have also called the number that is provided and nobody ever answers...
In regards to the airpods they was faulty in terms of volume when i received them.
