Amazing, quick and easy

I dropped into the Newark branch with a Sony Xperia that had a problem with the charging point, I assumed it needed a repair. After a bit of fiddling around with a pair of needle nosed pliers, and a brush over with a toothbrush (!) said phone was handed back in fully working order. Great service and will use them again.

I bought my first Smart phone in Fone Tech, Lincoln today, and was so pleased with what I bought, and with the excellent service I received. They were so helpful and patient - I cannot recommend them enough!☺☺☺

After have two days of stress because I had had a battery fitted by another local operator. The phone wouldn`t charge and they advised me to buy another phone as it was faulty! I decided to try Fonetech. Ely. after checking the phone, I was told there was nothing wrong with my phone but it needed a correct new battery. A new battery was fitted and it's like new - no charging or loss of battery power problem, great ! I just wish that I had gone to Fonetech first off.

Went into Fonetech in Lancaster with a broken screen on my IPad, UMAIR was very helpful and provided me with a good price, prompt repair time and was extremely helpful. Within two days my IPad was ready. Excellent service and a pleasure to use them.
Cant recommend them highly enough.

Took my phone to Grantham to get a screen replaced. Phone was brand new but I'd cracked the screen in the corner so went to get it replaced. Staff seemed helpful and repaired it in good time but since getting it back, the phone continously reboots every 1-2 minutes and won't retain charge. Not sure what they did but it didn't do this before I went to the shop.

The staff were very helpful, I was going on holiday and they fixed my phone screen in around 90mins, as I needed it before going away. They also gave me a discount for buying a protective cover, which they fitted for me too. I have another screen I've broken on a phone which I may take in and get repaired too. Thank you.

Don’t use, sells fake “refurbs”. As soon as one company gets bad reviews they just make a new website.

Hi, I was introduced to Phonetech Newark today. I had a cracked screen on my Samsung which I had had done before and had to send off for repair. Imagine my surprise when told it could be done in house today and only take an hour. True to his words hour later collected my niw repaired phone. Impressive. Thank you.
