Have used the store in The Orchards in Haywards Heath for phone accessories. Usually screen protectors. The guy in there is very friendly and fits the screen protector so much better than I would myself !

Sam provided superb service that exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this business to anyone needing support and advice for phone accessories.

This afternoon my phone fell from my pocket and guess what - a passing car ran over it.
Broken beyond repair, or so I thought.
Discovered Fone Tech of Newark and immediately visited the repair shop on a Sunday afternoon. After explaining what had happened, the owner replied by saying 'no problem' just come back before we close at 5pm and provided a quotation for the repair., which I considered very reasonable. Back before 5pm and all repaired, as good as new. I could not believe it. Absolutely brilliant service on a Sunday afternoon.
I would recommend this repair business without hesitation.

Today i visited this shop in Durham as my phone was playing up, I decided to have it checked out.

I usually don't like leaving my phone for long periods, but o had no choice.

The gentleman there was so helpful and patient and very professional.

I highly recommend this shop to anyone who's in Durham and has any technical issues.

Had fab assistance from the lads yesterday when buying my new A53 mobile phone. Very skilled in upselling a glass protector and phone case. I will support this small business in the future. Well recommended for their knowledge and expertise. Transferred my information from the old phone to the new one at no extra cost too.

Replaced daughter screen then with in a hour or so of it being fixed the screen came out tried telling us we dropped it
Very unhelpful cheap parts rude uneducated staff could hardly speak a word of English avoid avoid

Went into Haywards Heath store and Nouman was so kind. Went out of his was to help get my daughters device fixed so she could use for her home educating and also helped me find another case which was much safer the the one she had (rubber tick exterior however not secure for the iPad) brilliant service. Polite. Kind and go the extra mile to help. Thank you

Visited the shop in Lincoln to request a new battery for my iPad. Was advised that it would be done and returned within a few days and I would receive a call to advise when it could be collected. Was also advised that, in the event it wasn’t just a battery problem, the charge for repair would be limited to £120 unless I had specifically agreed any charges over that amount. Having heard nothing after a week, I contacted the shop and was told it was ready to be collected but they had forgotten to call me to advise. At this point there was no mention of additional charges. When we went to pick it up, we were advised that it required additional repair (not specified as to what that fault was) and the total charge would be £145. When my husband offered his credit card to make the payment, we were asked to pay cash as their card machine “wasn’t working”. He was advised that he could go to the bank round the corner and get cash. All in all a shocking service. Lesson learnt!!

I came in with a problem with my speaker on my iPhone. They were very honest in telling me it was a simple issue with my screen protector placement (how embarrassing!) rather than anything else. Some places would have fleeced me for that. Plus they are sending off my phone to have another issue fixed and offering me a courtesy phone whilst being repaired which is something I’ve never had before. Really good experience.

I walked in and within 30 mins my phone had a new battery and was working perfectly. Reasonable price too!

Really helpful guy..sorted out a problem we had been struggling with all day on the internet

Went into the store two weeks ago to get a repair of the screen i got the cheaper screen however and the phone broke today. The screen was unresponsive however the facial recognition is still working.

Took it into store to get him to fix it and he said “i’ll do it for free this time but not in future”
We had to wait an hour and then went back in and the facial recognition wouldn’t work

we tested it and the camera was blurry!
We asked him to fix it and he refused so we went to a different repair shop to ask what the issue may have been and he replied with “he must have touched the camera. All he needs to do is take it apart and clean it with rubbing alcohol”

So we went back and as he saw us coming he locked the door and turned off the lights an hour early.

He then proceeded to tell us to “go away it’s not my fault”

Straightforward, quick service at a reasonable price. Usefully, we were able to confirm that they'd be able to do the specific repair in advance using their online chat.

I had a problem with my IPad, which had lost all-connections. Took it to Fone Tech and it was sorted within 10 minutes. Could not have asked for better service. Nothing seemed to be a problem with the assistant. Would recommend you try this shop next time you have a problem.
