Replacing a desirable item that had become unavailable.

I ordered a Justice hair product for my son that had become unavailable everywhere in UK. A new one he had previously bought from his salon was mistakenly thrown out and I was anxious to replace. It has eventually come from Canada. I found the Order, communication with Fruugo and delivery process to be extraordinarily smooth and efficient. I am well satisfied with this experience.

fruugo is just a rip off company I ordered pro live ear buds never got them emailed them no reply because they send your messages back to no cant talk to anyone so I lost 31 pounds Ai call centre doesn't respond

The products arrive at your door in 3 days

The products arrive at your door in only 3 days. Very polite and efficient. Good communication for tracking info, step by step.
I would only appreciate a phone call before delivery to have a shorter waiting- time bracket.
