Valet parking - recommended
We used the valet parking service and enjoyed an excellent experience. Communication was clear.
On arrival the barrier immediately showed our registration number and our name. It’s easy to find the correct place to park and the service agent was immediately on hand to do the handover. Not a second of time was wasted.
On return, key pick up was quick and easy and our car was parked in a disabled space as requested.
One minor issue was that the lifts are very slow which was a little annoying after a long flight and the usual deprivations of transiting an airport.

Very efficient and easy to use service. Photography of car on entrance provides reassurance. Finding entrance not that easy for a first time user. Overall very pleased and worth the money for safety.

Best airport parking
I always use the official Gatwick parking when I need to leave the car. I know it costs a bit more but the convenience of the location and the security of knowing my car is safe and the staff are always friendly and helpful is worth it. Booking and updates are online and seamless.

Great Long Stay parking experience
We love the Long Stay parking where we can park the car and keep the keys. In June it was great that we could cover the car dashboard during the heatwave. Busses to the terminal are fairly frequent and adequately spacious to avoid crowding. The booking process is easy and the flexibility a real bonus. Gatwick Official Parking allows various amendments to the order including changing times and car registration. They don't accommodate changing from North parking to South or vice versa but it was great to rebook the South and cancel North when TUI changed the flights from North to South. We did this for convenience rather than needing to use the Shuttle train between terminals. A phone call to Customer Services was answered quickly and most helpful and informative. All in all, we highly recommend Gatwick Official Parking, particularly for Long Stay.

We’ve all heard the horror stories of…
We’ve all heard the horror stories of “Airport valet parking” so I was understandably apprehensive when my neighbour recommended the Official Gatwick Airport Parking. I love my car dearly, but it’s now a 12, no 14 year old Audi and thought why not, so I booked online.
Easy to book, communication was really good and so was the price. When it came to the drop off and afterwards the collection, the service was so slick, professional and simple, it made the start and finish of the holiday a pleasant experience.
Will 100% use again and recommend.

Booking was all good and everything…
Booking was all good and everything worked as planned. Had forgot to add on electric charging for my return and when I tried to do it, they couldn't help at all despite speaking with someone in customer service. Message - once you are booked, you are locked in with no flex to amend.

Parking Hell!
Long term south
Do yourself favour a get the train! Or use alternative! On departure date finding a space was ridiculous! Had to drive round & round! No staff to let you Then where to find spaces!
On returning home & 4x4 parked so close to me I couldn'get in my car!
Drop off bus was packed & took ages to get to our stop F15 & got back to car over 30 mins of arriving at the bus stop, Then on top of that getting out was a maze! Then trying to find M23 lanenot marked well so took drop off land obviously by mistake & couldn't get out of it! & then to be charged £10 is a disgrace even though I was in & out in less than a minute my but plea for a refund was rejected!
