Ordered £400 worth of plants via marketplace.(April)Should be express delivery 3 months later no plants -no money, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. ITS A SCAM.

Sent money for an order 3 weeks ago. Emailed rang dm 👎 response absolute shameless company Ben Macdonell Farr shows as company director alleged "entrepreneur" bloody scam artist from Perth more like.

Ordered the plants on Sunday and arrived on Thurs in great condition, couldn't ask for any better service really

I scoured Facebook in a 10-mile area where I live and found at least 7 likely scams, the people selling the stock might not know and just take commission It was funny when I complained to Paypal and they contacted the director I got a phone call from him within the hour of Paypal informing him. He blames me for not putting my correct address ( he has used this before on other customers) he is called Ben McDonnell Farr. Tel 07397 859969 See comp

I'm still waiting, I also reminded him he had my address as well as my phone number I invited him to call around anytime which he considered a threat. He uses Facebook marketplace to take on salespeople or as I suspect uses mythical members and photos. FB should be more alert and do more to protect its members, This man is an idiot
who doesn't believe in Karma, he should. TIP look up any commodity if it is popular check for the same photos being used if it is a yes then it's likely a scam if anyone tries to give you a link to someone else then ditto

Do not use this company - ordered a product on 1st May - have not received the product and no response to emails 6 weeks later - must be a scam site I assume

Placed an order was told on e mail 2-4 days delivery order placed 5th June 19th today and still nothing have contacted them but no reply

Absolute disgrace, ordered 4 items - 3 arrived and 1 missing - the most expensive one! They even try to mislead Paypal with tracking number for one of delivered items and then use it as a proof of delivery. Thankfully I always do screenshots and video of unpacking so I hope Paypal will refund and close their account. Scammers to AVOID!

Ordered £60 worth of plants via marketplace. Repeatedly told plants had been dispatched. 3 weeks later and still no plants despite being told they were on their way. Raising dispute with the bank, suggest others do the same. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. ITS A SCAM.

This review has been left on behalf of my mum.

My granddaughter is obsessed with ducks, I found a set of banana ducks on Facebook market place and contacted the seller, I was asked if I wanted to collect however i do not drive so arranged for delivery, I was given the link and my husband ordered the ducks.
They arrived the following day through Amazon delivery. We have had no problems and the granddaughter is happy

SCAM - They hire lots and lots of Facebook profiles to sell plants on Marketplace. These sellers send you a payment link to Gearcourt website to pay for the order. As soon as they have your money, they don't deliver the order! I paid for a 2 day delivery service and its now 2 weeks later. AVOID all Marketplace sellers who direct you to this companies website to pay.

Ordered laurels and two expensive star jasmines.
Only the laurels arrived which were in great condition and well packaged.
No jasmines a month later and fobbed off via FB Messenger and no response from the company email.
I am out of pocket by £100 nearly.
Dont use them

Bought some galvanised steel ramps. Asked how long they would take to arrive as I needed them urgently. I paid for express shipping and then the company said they arranged for next day delivery for me. So pleased and really recommend, i had a great experience with gearcourt.

Bought a lovely parasol communication on delivery came and I'm very pleased with my parasol so much so bought 2 other items

Place an order in April !!! No trees no refund 😡😡😡😡

Saw a banana tree advertised on Facebook marketplace locally. When I enquired I was directed to the Gearcourt website. I checked out the reviews on here and suspected a scam. I said to the local seller it’s a scam and she left the conversation and blocked me so I was unable to report it as a scam to Facebook. Avoid !

I am sure these are scamming. I stupidly answered what I thought was a local page on Facebook marketplace. I was then diverted to a website. The payment was to yet another company called Cruz.
DO NOT USE THEM.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Incorrect size plant sent and plants in poor condition. We been waiting a month for the refund which has been promised a number of times. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED AND EXPERIENCE EXTREMELY APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Scammers. Avoid, avoid avoid.

Firstly the plants I ordered was very good quality packaging was protective and they all arrived healthy and ready to be planted. One week later and all is very well I'm pleased to say. I received an invoice straight after my purchase. The only problem was the delivery as I wasn't given a date or time frame to make sure someone was in for delivery. I was able to contact the original FB add and things was sort it out. The one less star was the delivery once that is sorted out it would be five star from me. Just needed a date Ordered 4th delivered 9th.
