Excellent service and easy to work with. One item was a gift that my son didn't like and I was able to return it with out issue.

They Need to clearly state their return policy. There was a 16% charge for a return in perfect condition with all the packaging plus paying for shipping.

Outstanding customer service from Andrey. My wife purchased a Brandit Britannia jacket for Christmas. The communication throughout was excellent, Andrey guided my wife based on the measurements she provided, but the jacket was unfortunately too tight in the shoulder area. After contacting him, Andrey promptly shipped two different sizes to ensure I would find the best fit and did everything he could to make sure I was satisfied. I will definitely order from Andrey and The Gear Hunter in the future, fantastic store with great prices.

Delivery arrived well and in good condition

I am a virgin to Gear Hunter. I ordered a jacket for my best friend. Within the hour I recieved an email stating order has been received and shipped. I was amazed on how quick the process took. There was a slight delay with delivery in which I contacted customer service and was given a reasonable response in an exceptional time frame. I received my package this morning. I would definitely order from Gear Hunter again.

Price was fine.
International shipping(Canada) was as smooth as can be expected and tracking wa provided on both sides of the border.
Crucially, the size chart was accurate so the fit is right. (Note,it is a fashion cut not a military cut)

Size was perfect. shipping and customer service was fast. The shorts were great quality too. everything as promised. Great job!!

They didn't have it stock, but once I ordered they emailed me back saying a shipment was on it's way. It ended up getting delayed because of covid-19. They sent me a tracking number for their order coming to the U.S so I can fallow it my self,no other place has ever sent that to me. Great customer service! The jacket fits as perfect as a glove.

Let me start by saying that I was a little worried at first about ordering from a company that I had never heard of and from one that hasn't been around too long.

However, the customer service I received was top notch. As someone who worked in retail for 7 years while working through both university and grad school I know all about customer service, purchases, and returns.

How did I come to 5 stars....?

1) Personalized shopping experience--When was the last time you ordered something from a company and they sent a personal email to you about your order as opposed to an auto generated email? Never happened for me so this was a first and I'm not complaining. That tells me they care and I love it. Yes this may change as the company grows but I hope not, most customers appreciate feeling valued and this is a great and easy way to do it.

2) They worked with me--I won't lie, I'm a guy who is horrible about ordering clothes online when it comes to sizes, especially for coats and jackets. I'm the worst, no matter how hard I try I almost ALWAYS have to send it back for a different size (T__T). This order was no different, of course. But they were willing to work with me on getting the right size and the perfect fit. This is another great way to show that customer is valued.

3) FREE measuring tape included with the order. Okay yeah that's probably not a big deal to most people but when was the last time ANYTHING free came with your order besides a coupon for your next purchase, be honest. Goes right back to showing your customer they are valued.

Even though I ultimately decided to return my order and go with something else, this time, I will be back for sure because of how impressed I was with the service. Professional, personal, and frankly just plain awesome. Oh, and I get to keep the tape despite returning the order--don't be taking advantage of that either it's a good thing so don't ruin it for others....yep I see you.

All kidding aside, if you're on the fence just do it.

Like the pants very much. I do wish your website was a bit more detailed about items you have for sale. Example, I purchased pants, the draw strings at the bottom of each leg is obvious, the strings higher up the legs are not so obvious and you don’t describe why they are there. Also the site is a bit hard to navigate. Trying to decide if I want another pair, but you can’t enlarge the item that you are viewing....

These pants are great. Very well-made. These guys were great.
