Awful customer service experience, site allows purchase and payment for out of stock items. Terrible return handling and you should be sure to read return handling carefully before making buying decisions.
Ended up purchaseIng from another retailer in U.K. They were in stock on same items at the same price without having to wait, along with flawless refund/return handling.
Having spent 30 years as a retail executive I learned early on in my career the basic “retail 101” that the customer is always right and must be given the courtesy of the “benefit of the doubt”. A happy customer equals long term sales by themselves, their family and friends.

Definitely recommend
I ordered a jacket and shirt, it took a few weeks to deliver, which was expected. When I received the product I tried it on and it all fit great, and well it’s only been a day since I received them but you can tell it’s a quality product, thick heavy material stitched nicely and solidly, and looks great, just as it did on line. Definitely recommend, so far seems like the real deal

Saw a really nice jacket at a local gun show. Spoke with an informed gentlemen, who did not have my size at the show, but gave me a Gearhunter card w/discount Q-Code to order it online. He stated I would receive it in two weeks after ordering, and low and behold... it arrived on time and is a wonderful jacket.
Will do business with again, and have already referred others to the site.
