Disgusting! Needs investigating!
My friend sent me this as I’m in need of a lymphatic drainage massage. I specifically asked for female preferred, which looks like I was assigned to a male called “Niraj”.
They messaged me to confirm seeing me tomorrow, then went on to ask me question who I live with and was quite persistent with it. This then made me a bit cautious. I decided to come on trust pilot to look up reviews, to my surprise found a 1 star bad review 5 days ago of someone saying a guy showed up with sex toys.
This is absolutely disgusting and SHOULD NOT be advertised. I feel like this is a target to women, and of course dangerous considering an address is used. Not to mention, with a name with “Niraj” without sounding racist or offensive, a lot of them have different cultures to abuse and groom women.
This is the last thing I’d be wanting, being fresh out of surgery a few days ago I find this sickening.
I don’t think this site should be allowed if anyone can just sign up and come to your house when not qualified or inexperienced.
My boyfriend was saying about leaving the house with my toddler and I am so glad after this alarming message I LOOKED INTO IT!
But this could happen to anyone, especially vulnerable or disabled people especially women. I’m mortified.
They’ve taken my money. £90 they charged me a few days ago, and now I don’t even think I’m going to get that back.
I want to take this higher and I will be going to management or whoever runs this site about this because this is totally unacceptable.
A professional would not ask me such questions. This needs investigating asap.

Mrs. Shona was awesome! She was professional and you could tell she has worked with the elderly before. My aunt has never been pampered with a mani pedi in all of her 93 years and thoroughly enjoyed it! She was mesmerized! Not super keen on the booking process, but Mrs. Shona was amazing! 2 thumbs up!

Poor
First massage that I booked the guy turned up with sex toys - I couldn’t believe it. Kept on at me for more cash and how much debt he was in and I clearly had money. I felt a bit sorry for the guy but wasn’t what I was after. Few weeks past and I booked another but with someone else - was awful mostly one handed as I think he was on his phone. I wrote an honest review and I think he complained and got me blocked I suspect to get my review removed

Tony the massage therapist was very friendly and cordial. He had a good sense of humour.
His massage techniques were good.
There were 3 of us with a 30 minute session each and we all felt much more relaxed and were impressed with his skills.

I had an office event and scheduled chair massages with Blys. The scheduling process was extremely efficient and easy. If I could give it zero stars I would. Please do not use this app and get massaged by the men. They are extremely creepy and prey on vulnerable women. I have been sexually harassed and assaulted by two different providers on this app and Blys' Safety Team has done nothing but further antagonise me as if I was the wrongful party. Another provider arrived 2 hours later after getting into a car accident and showed up drunk and concussed; Blys still charged me their service charges and denied me a refund. I was happy to pay the provider but wanted a refund of the $100~ in fees. I also work in dispute resolution in a Trust and Safety space and this is appalling. The Safety officer I've had the displeasure of encountering is triggering, cold, and dismissive. I'll be escalating this further to all relevant parties, but please do not use this unsafe and unmonitored app.
