Bike not as advertised. Bad customer experience
My experience with Gift Playground has been quite frustrating. Initially, they sent the wrong bike, and though they rectified the mistake by sending the correct one, the dissatisfaction continued. The bike received did not match the description and product image, lacking the promised lockout suspension fork. Despite bringing this to their attention, there was no resolution. This inconsistency between the advertised features and the actual product, coupled with a lack of responsiveness, has left me disappointed with the overall service.

Bike arrived. Missing numerous parts to put it together. Called 4 times and emailed twice. still have not had a call back or email. They will not answer there phone, been trying for 3 days. Very concerned that we might have been scammed.
