This company was the best to deal with!! I accidentally ordered the wrong size scooter and the fixed it up no questions asked and the new one was here in three days!!! Best customer service I have received in years.

No response
Bought a bike back in January, very fast shipping, thank you for that. However, I have emailed 5 seperate times from February to June. I’m yet to get a real reply. I have requested a refund for a bike that never really worked, sent photos explained problems multiple times.
Would still appreciate a refund.
Not sure how else to get this sorted.

Not delivered and connot track the delivery
My delivery has not yet been delivered, and when I log in it says "fulfilled", When I try to track my delivery the details given on my invoice does not give a response from the tracking company, or the website.
