Paid an extra $5 for a plain box to be covering my purchase of my daughter's birthday bike and it has come with no covers clearly stating what it is for my child to see.

We elected pickup from the warehouse rather than delivery and from the time i placed the order online, i received a confirmation email approximately a couple hours later confirming it was ready to be collected.

The service was absolutely impressive !! I ordered/purchased my push bike on a Tuesday morning, within the hr, had an email to say the order is being processed. Couple hrs later, another email saying, my order is being shipped.. I received my push bike Wednesday afternoon !! Thank you to all involved with my order , from, the person who read the order, to the truck driver who delivered it.. thank you all !! ( was received in perfect packaging and in perfect condition )…Keith

I purchased a kids bike online for pick up. All was easy, and the bike is great quality.

The shop itself was fine, the bikes I bought were pretty ordinary which isn’t their fault. However had they listed the weight of the bike on the website I wouldn’t have ordered them, which would’ve saved me wasting $300.

Shocked to see the size of the chair when it arrived, It is even small for a two year old baby let alone a primary school boy. Couldn’t be more disappointed. The worst online buy ever.
