Great quality product
Great quality product. Good size bag that can fit plenty of supplies and good range of pocket sizes. Definitely recommend. Fast delivery too.

Poor customer service!!
Bought the bounty bag and after less than two months of use the popper has broken off the handle.
After contacting customer services I was told I wasn’t eligible for a replacement even though this is clearly faulty. I was offered 20% discount, what a joke.

Excellent customer service
I bought a changing bag that I absolutely love over a year ago, but unfortunately it had started to tear. I emailed them and they sorted out a replacement for me so quickly with no hassle at all, even though my bag was out of warranty. Customer service was excellent!

Experience was excellent . They originally sent me the wrong bag contacted them and they got back to me quickly and arranged for me to send it back and swapped it over for the one I had originally ordered . Over all great experience

I love my bag
I love my bag, it holds so much more than the satchel style bag that came with my pram and things are easier to find too. It’s so comfy and stylish and easier to use when we’re out for a walk. I’m thinking about getting the pram organiser too for quick trips to the shops. The leather is so soft and such a good quality, not too shiny and not too matte. So pleased I ordered and I got it with 30 percent off.
