I'm satisfied with this service

My figure came with the chair destroyed, which was the base for the figure, and had other issues. Was given 10 dollar voucher and a sorry just use glue. Could not glue it back together so spending 230 dollars was not worth it for a figure I had to make a new base for.

This was My first GK worldwide Purchase , so i was not sure what to expect . The per-order took almost a year to get. Communication via email was not as responsive as it was through the WhatsApp group. I was able to get all my questions answered throughout transaction from status to shipping changes. responses were slow there too, but they did answer eventually only when they had the information I requested. When the Statue(s) arrived they were pack with care and were undamaged . I probably will buy again in the future, but I am happy with the final outcome. My advise is just be patient and you will get your order event if it is slow due to the studio schedule which GK worldwide can't control.

There is hardly any transparency whatsoever. Customer service is incredibly slow, and God help you if your product arrived damaged.

The packaging is handled with care, though orders take a great deal of time to deliver - my items did not arrive until a year and a half after purchase due to standard ocean freight shipping.

The product is wonderful and I love it. The notifications was very helpful keeping updates and status of the product delivery. Package was secure and stable. Definitely would shop here again.

First time ordering from them. Good experience. A ton of things went wrong that was out of their control and that's fine. Makes me wish I bought the full deluxe version

Buying was easy enough, figure was high quality. There was some damage during shipping, they didn't do much about rectifying it. Told me to glue it back together.

Took a year to get back to me about the figure I ordered and wanted to charge me 50 or 60 dollars fod shipping. When I said I am no longer interested, refund was not an option. They really tried to convince me to get it though. Not recommending this website at all.

Down payment given for pre-order of Ryuko Matoi figure. Pre-order never received, delays and excuses made every time. Released date kept getting pushed back.
Asked for refund of down payment, was refused.
Product never received, money never returned.
Nearly a year has passed now.
Will not purchase anything from here again. Robbed blind.

My figure is not here after a whole year, I tried to email them several times, no body replied. Bro just ate my money…

Ten whole months of delay for a preorder of 100€ with zero notice, to then be expected to pull out 260 bucks from my pocket within two weeks with no possibility to be refunded. Unless you have money available all the time and you're fine with horrendously long and unannounced delays, don't buy from them.

Absolutely horrendous preorder conditions. Waited 11 months for even a slight response from them only to get an invoice without any other information. They don't even give you the money back and instead offer you "store credit" never have I ever seen more vile business people such as them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER!!!

Figure showed up with a hole in the box and a few broken peices. No one answered my inquiry to make it right. Hundreds of dollars practically wasted. Its awesome however figured is blemishes and no one tried to make it right.

There were a few delays but that had to do with the company making my figurine, not gk. GK themselves were really good, and even though responses took a few days their customer service is really good.

Preordered but cancelled. Waste of time

I have ordered multiple figures from GK Figure over the years. But haven’t ordered anything in 2025 as I am still waiting for multiple orders from 2024 & 2023 to arrive.

Their feedback is slow and lacking when asking for updates. Overall, would like to get the products I see on their site. But am questioning if I will ever get them, or what options I have going forward.

The order arrived timely after paying the shipping fee in perfect condition with not so much as a scratch on the box holding the figure!
