We recently opened an account with Global Payments and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. Mobu Miah handled our application, and impressively, the first member of staff who answered the call managed the entire process. It was refreshing not to be passed between different agents or departments.
The whole application was dealt with professionally and efficiently, and everything was completed quickly. Based on our initial impressions, the level of service has far exceeded our experience with our current provider. Highly recommended.

I run a small business in the US. My rates started out reasonable, but I noticed the charges on my bank account seemed to be increasing. Global Payments didn't notify me of a change, but I was shocked to find out I've been paying 7% for months, if not years. I feel robbed. This company should not be trusted. Beware.
