Efficient account opening

We recently opened an account with Global Payments and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. Mobu Miah handled our application, and impressively, the first member of staff who answered the call managed the entire process. It was refreshing not to be passed between different agents or departments.

The whole application was dealt with professionally and efficiently, and everything was completed quickly. Based on our initial impressions, the level of service has far exceeded our experience with our current provider. Highly recommended.

Insanely High Rates - Raised without warning

I run a small business in the US. My rates started out reasonable, but I noticed the charges on my bank account seemed to be increasing. Global Payments didn't notify me of a change, but I was shocked to find out I've been paying 7% for months, if not years. I feel robbed. This company should not be trusted. Beware.

My dealings were with Delyn…

My dealings were with Delyn Pietersen-Kruger in relation to an issue we had with reconciling a transaction. I have had similar dealings in the past with Delyn and always find him to be very professional and courteous in his approach. IMPRESSIVE SERVICE

We had new terminals delivered last week and were not sure how to do refunds on the Terminal. So delayed installing, today we had a tutorial with Bhav who was super helpful, talking us through the process, being very patient and explaining everything.
