His support has been a constant and very much appreciated.
More recently, Kevin from the succession team went above and beyond to keep our business. He took the time to understand our needs, explored every option available, and made sure we felt valued as long‑standing customers.
It’s rare to find a payments provider where the people truly make the difference, but both James and Kevin have done exactly that. Highly recommended.

We moved away from Global Payment 2 years ago - they continue to charge us after a multitude of emails and after they have confirmed our service is cancelled. Totally Incompetent. Avoid like the plague. Absolute waste of time and energy.

Think it is important to state that Global Payments have been my credit card payment supplier for over a decade which says a huge amount. In an environment where you are encouraged to jump from provider to provider I have found that this has not been needed.
My deal has been very competitive, the service has been excellent and any issues have been dealt with quickly and with great support. The latest example of this is Azizi last week. I had a query around my renewal and the rates. Firstly someone (he) answered the call quickly and actually the first person I spoke to dealt with all my queries.
I had three questions all of which were answered quickly and I then decided to renew for a further year.
Documents were sent quickly and I asked for reassurance around an element of the deal which was given to me in writing.
Overall a quick and positive renewal that I wish I could replicate in other parts of my business.
Only thing that is slightly difficult with Global is the invoicing as it take a little time to get used to it

I have been with Global payments for around 2 to 3 years but was thinking of leaving and using another provider.
Surita from Global Payment reasured that it would be best to stay with Global Payments, Surita came back with a great deal after consulting with her team.
If it was not for Surita going out of her way with great customer service I would have left for another provider.
