This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I only ordered from them because they promised 3-4 days of shipping. My order took 12 days to arrive. When it finally arrived, I didn’t need the part anymore and had to return it. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They were rude and outright mocked me. I finally got my refund for the product but no apology or reimbursement for the delay in shipping or return costs. I would rather sell my motorcycle than to ever again order anything from this company.

I had a 10/10 experience with them. A reliable company with top-level professionalism. I ordered a helmet from them, which I later returned because it didn’t fit me, and I received my money back very quickly after the return. I highly recommend Gmoto and thank you!

They have a very good catalog and prices below average of what you can find from other similar sellers of MC/scooter parts. However their shipping costs in my case was 3 times higher than from other companies in Gernamy and Belgium. Gmoto charged 46 € as opposed to 16 € from others.
It appears to be a marketing strategy in order to appear the cheapest on Google, but then add the extra cost during checkout

Everything was perfect!

I live gmoto, i always buy my parts from gmoto, and the quality is always good for the price. Sometimes the order even comes faster than expected, and the costummer service is very good. The only downside is that its very hard to find what you are looking for on the website, some of the parts are translated weird.

Excellent service

I paid for the order in euros via bank transfer, I received a response that the amount does not cover the value of the order in leva. I attached an official bank document for the transfer, which showed that the amount transferred in euros exceeds the value in leva, I asked them to send me an official bank document from the received transfer, they did not send it to me and canceled my order. Now I am waiting to see what amount they will refund me. I do not recommend them.
