Absolutely rubbish company- do not use. Took my money, didn’t deliver, never answered my emails & I am still waiting for a refund

STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY
Bought mini cameras from this Company which when they came were cheap Chinese manufactured rubbish. The English “instructions” were so small to be read and when the accompanying QR code was used everything was in Chinese. There was a link to an App to view the Camera feed which didn’t work and then tried to bill me nearly £60 the next day.
Trying to return the Cameras I asked for a return address on two occasions which they did not give but offered me a 20% then a 30% refund if I kept the cameras. I refused their “exceptional proposal”of a 30% refund with retention of the Cameras and returned the items to the returns address on the postage label.
The Company said that was not the correct address but a “Carrier Company”and no further refund offered.
I have no cameras and out of pocket and the Credit Card Company AMEX say they can’t refund the amount to me.

Brought a pro capture camera saying I received it but never did Since no correspondence palmed me off

I bought 2 miniheaters at £50 each but neither performed to their stated effect. I returned them to the address that i had received them from. Whilst i returned within 30 days, I didnt follow their returns policy. They acknowledged that they had received the heaters back but refused to return my money despite numerous attempts. Despite their terms and conditions stating I had one year to make any complaints, uk citzens advice state that I have 6 years in which to follow up and the fact that gogo have the heaters back, they should be not holding money back. So when I can get time to follow up again, I will but my message to anyone considering buying from them is,... DONT. Mark

I allegedly bought a speaker from Label Products BV, another name apparently that this company uses. They took money from my Paypal account, and, with packaging and tax, the cost rose by 30%. I called them for a refund as the item was very low quality. They offered a refund of 50% of the full cost if I returned it, or a cash refund of 30% of the full amount if I kept it. It'll be a cheap present for someone.

Do not buy anything from this company, they are fraudulent. Take your money, then constantly send emails with fake shipping details, don't click on any shipping links!!!!!! I am in the process of reporting them to the AFCA. Be WARNED people....

Avoid at all costs ,total scam of a company ,label products bv ,bought a wifi extender from these and i could have made a better one myself ,very very poor quality ,tried to send it back after 2 weeks of emails and the returns label wont scan at post office ,not that im surprised ,do not go anywhere near these

I so wish I had found these reviews before ordering. I received my item packed in nothing more substantial than a plastic bag, and squashed. No surprise really when I found it didn’t work, it won’t even turn on. A request for a refund was replied to promptly with a request for photos. How do you take a photograph of something NOT working? I have sent them photos anyway, including their woeful packaging, but having read other reviews I’m not very hopeful. Having read online of their product elsewhere on the net, I was directed to a website, where it appeared that I was buying a quality product. What I got was cheap, UNBRANDED Chinese tat that doesn’t do a single thing. Order from this company at your peril, I have accepted that I’m likely to lose, but that’s partly my fault for being taken in by them. Don’t do what I did.

Ordered osseowave headphones thru the actual osseowave site. Got a cheap generic copy. Can't contact osseowave so probably a scam site too. Do not use these people. Unfortunately they are not obvious on the buying sites so easy to get scammed.

I ordered a 2 x booster through a site which reviews the best products. I was directed to gogogadgets & when I received the booster £83.85 it cost me it didn’t work made no difference, so as I saw it offered 30 day money back guarantee I contact them. Omg after been offered 20% 30% refund I refused and asked for a label to return. They sent me a return label however I went to the post office and the scan was incorrect. I then emailed and I’ve heard nothing.

I’ve been in touch with my credit card company - I’ll wait it see how I can get a dispute sorted so I get my money back.

I can see through all these comments I’m another unlucky customer and to be honestly please avoid this company.

I’m definitely going to keep on fighting forward with them.

Purchased Lifewater hydrogen bottles that did not work..
Were replaced and again the hydrogen bottle did not work....They must b selling defective products and I've written this off as BAD LEARNING EXPERIENCE..
Do not order from this company....
Unless you want to throw away your hard earned cash....
They make you jump through hoops to get any service....

bought bone conducting earphones from OsseoWave labeled as "best" by ZDNET review : TOTAL CRAP ! asked for money back as advertised, all what you get is inappropriate time delaying advises. they don't honour in any way their commitments, using Zendesk to come over the 30 days back guarantee! AVOID buying from Gogogatget AND OsseoWave.

I purchased their ultraXtend WiFi, came in damaged box, I said I didn't want it and they said I had to turn on and use and tell them what was wrong with it. Unable to sign into it, tried for about an hour, all kinds of instructions including those at their website which differ from written ones coming with product. My two
Apple products keep telling me it is unsecured and not to use. As far as I can tell it is junk and their company sucks.

Please do not buy from this company. I ordered a door bell which took weeks to arrive. When I eventually received it, it was crap, couldn't,get it to work. I repeatedly requested a returns label, they procrastinated long enough to go over the 30 day return policy therefore refusing me a refund. They are con artists. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I have learnt an expensive lesson. I will be contacting Trading standards.

I ordered the foot massager with p and p cost of £12 for an A4 package. The massager didn’t work. Trying to get your money back is like trying to get blood out of a stone. The inbox is always full and responses, when they arrive seem to be written by AI. Eventually I did get my money back but this is a very bad company. When I told them it didn’t work they send a video of how to use it. Then they offer 20 percent off, then a free replacement. Don’t waste your time.
