If I could give a 0 stars I would. I bought a foot massager. Doesn't work. The remote doesnt work. No address no phone number grrrrrrrrrrr. $50 down the drain.

Product works but is TINY. Dimensions and the word 'MINI' did not appear on the website. I'm only giving it two stars not one because it does actually work, so it's not defective. But if you've seen SPINAL TAP it's like the Stonehenge moment. You know what I mean if you've seen that movie. In fact at least this product makes me laugh every time I look at it, because it's so hilariously tiny. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Like pulling teeth trying to get my money back on UltraXtend when it didn't even come close to working as advertised. Has to pay my own shipping for a defective product (tax not refunded either), though I suspect the product never worked as advertised. Felt like one bid scam. I wouldn't buy anything through this company ever again.

I purchased some ear buds from this website which I never received. A company called label products were not interested in refunding me as according to their records the transaction and delivery were complete. The courier company admitted responsibility and that the package was left in an insecure location and advised that label products should make a claim against them but still label products were not insterested.

I was advised to dispute the payment with my bank, which I did, and they refunded the money straight away and managed the dispute with label products. I had an email the next day from Gogogadgets saying that they would refund the money so if anybody feels unhappy with the products or service they have received from this company maybe try and dispute the payment with your bank.

Moving forward and after checking my account for the refund I have noticed Gogogadgets have taken another payment without my authorisation. Obviously I have disputed this as well and my bank will mange this dispute but in my opinion Gogogadgets are bordering on being criminals so DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

HEATERS ARE DODGY AND SO ARE THE COMPANIES INVOLVED! What a CONpany! Bought 3 'Econ Heaters' 20/01/24 from 'GoGoGadgets' in a deal for £89 plus £25 delivery and one of these blew up and tripped house as soon as switched on? Made a claim the next day for replacement and still waiting 15/02/24 with lots of excuses from a company called 'labelproducts wwwsupport.net'???. The last excuse was the courier had trouble finding address even though they found it easy enough to deliver original purchase?

Don't use this company bought a foot massager. They add vat and delivery after purchase making an overpriced item even more expensive. Sixty pound gogogadgets , exactly same item 9.99 pounds with Amazon. Learn from my mistake lasted just two months. If l could l would give zero.

Purchased x 3 eco heaters. Packaging battered and looked similar to goods that had previously been returned. One of 3 products worked efficiently. Returned to sender address with covering letter - allegedly contrary to the company policy. Denied refund so currently without goods or reimbursement.
Worst experience ever of internet purchasing - illegal or immoral.
Do not purchase from this outfit!

This may be one of the worst companies I have ever ordered from. Their customer service is terrible and very slow to respond. I had to go thru a dog and pony show to get my refund. Even though I paid the sales tax and shipping, they keep both. Products I don't believe belongs to them, they seem to be third or fourth party vendors. STAY AWAY!!!!

If i could give less and a star I would. This is the most incompetent dishonest transaction ever. In spite of being sent a copy of the confirmation of order multiple times and happily taking my money they say there is no order. Insert lots of swear words and disgust.

When I called to find out the process to return a product they kept saying that if I returned I would not receive full refund But if I kept the product they would give me 10% off next order.. really I would never deal with this company again!

I tried to return items and basically was not allowed the returns information. The most appalling company to deal with. I intended to purchase one item and somehow unwittingly purchased 2 items although I believed I had firmly declared ‘no’ to each of the numerous times I was presented with offers. I retuned both items using the return address presented on packaging (signed for delivery) and although they clarified that the items were received as I hadn’t sent to to preferred returns address which was withheld for me I was disqualified from receiving a refund.
Worst company I have ever dealt with, I very much resent the time and effort I put in to unpicking my poor decision to purchase from gogogadgets. I am shocked to find that this company is allowed to trade in this fashion.

I purchased the SilkSkin hair remover, only to learn upon receiving it that it would not work on light colored hair. This was not indicated in the product information on their Web site. When I contacted them to request a return address, I was given a run-around, and - despite numerous requests - I have yet to be provided with return information. I believe they are simply waiting for the 30-day return window to close.

Most of my requests for Customer Service have been by e-mail. When I did call their Customer Service number, I was told the item could not be returned, but was offered either a 50% refund of the purchase price if I accepted the offer by phone or an 80% refund if I waited to receive the offer by e-mail. The e-mail did arrive within two days, but offered only a 30% refund, while closing by saying they hoped I would accept the 50% refund offer. What the heck? I am still trying, but expect I will need to write this off as an expensive learning experience.

Pleas advise never to buy and be aware that they use fake logos so you think you’re dealing with manufacturer of product. No return no redress just accept percentage of price paid for defective product

Reading these reviews and based on my experience, it is clear that Gogogadgets is a scam. Same thing as with many others: bought a device from a page labelled 'Homepro', but then 'customer service' is from Gogogadgets. Device doesn't work (surprise surprise) and Gogogadgets does not reply to emails or provide instructions for return. Managed to get through their 'Call Centre' and agent was extremely rude and refused to acknowledge that the gadget might be defective. Reading other reviews, I know what happens next. Have asked for credit card payment to be suspended, and cancelled my card, as these gangsters now have my details. God knows where they are based -- site says Netherlands. In sum, never buy anything from this gang, oops, company. Just take a look at their FB page and you will see it is a scam. I wish I had done that, but then, I thought I was buying from Homepro...

There was a delay in communicating ie. expected delivery date. Confused message re parcel being "expected".
The device DOES NOT WORK. What a waste of money. No returns policy contained in pack.

Worst customer service of this sales company. Items not high or good quality and customer service after sales is terrible. Don’t recommend purchases from this business.
