Ordered an ems foot massager. Worked once. Tried to return and received runaround. Would not give me address to return. Wish I would have done research on company before ordering. Threw $99 product away.

Absolute rubbish company. Bought Beatbuds earbuds (2 sets) from them for the gym costing £126. Didn't use them for a couple of weeks and when my husband and I did, they lasted about 3 times. They wouldn't charge up and the left ear bud on both sets stopped working. When we contacted the company, they said the Beatbuds were only guaranteed for a month and they wouldn't entertain any more contact. It was cut and dried!!! What a waste of time and more importantly money which I can ill afford. DON’T TOUCH THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL and, as far as I'm concerned, should be reported for fraud!!

Ordered foot massager March 15, 2024. Charged once when received but won’t charge again. Item not worth the $60+ to use only once. To return appears to be a big, huge hassle, and likely would not receive the right refund. Stay away from them unless you want to join the other 92% of people who wrote poor reviews.

I ordered a camera doorbell which took a long time to arrive. When I complained it arrived within 2 days!! Unfortunately it would not work. It was not fit for purpose so I asked for a refund. They came back and offered 20% off the purchase price.. Why, it didn't work? The next email produced an offer of 30%. I demanded a refund which should have been a full refund of over £71. Delivery, handling fee etc.(as per faulty goods bought on line) but I only received £53.95. This has cost me over £17 for the pleasure of buying a rubbish product which I subsequently could have bought elsewhere for half the price. This company are rip off merchants. Do not use them.

I purchased UltraXTend wifi extenders -they are not as good as claimed. One stopped working completely and they have refused to replace or refund -AVOID this company.

I bought 2x EcoHeat thinking to share one with my daughter. It was supposed to heat a room quickly and cheaply. It doesn't. The instructions say it is not enough to switch it off but you must unplug it. My grandson told me they are unsafe. They did not include the Tax in the quoted price so £74 became £103 with tax and postage. Put it down to experience and stuck them in the electrical recycling.

They are an absolute nightmare to deal with, I found the same item £75.00 cheaper on another website after I ordered it. I tried to cancel straightaway but could not, now returned and am out of pocket by £28.00 due to their handling/shipping fees. Please do not trade with these scammers.

This so called company is as far as I’m concerned is a scammer, I ordered 3 items and when I received them they were nothing like what I ordered. Hopefully PayPal can will sort this out for me

I am surprised this 'company' is still allowed to operate. They are scammers. DO NOT go near them or spend your money and I wish I had read these reviews before I made a purchase. They now will not refund me for this as they refuse to give me the returns process. Flat refusal. PLEASE do not use. Hopefully they will go out of business very soon.

If I could give 0 I would. They said item was dispatched, I waited , as soon as I got PayPal involved it arrived in a squashed box. The same gadget was £30 cheaper on another website. With various messages through paypal they didn't acknowledge at any point they had received it until I showed receipt then suddenly they offered me majority about minus the postage which were in their terms. What a joke this company are ... stay clear

Please leave this company alone, I sent for mini vac. It was no good for a dolls house, they charged £11-95 delivery I am elderly and didn’t realise initially. They are adding £5 handling fee, to return goods another £5 handling fee. I lost £20 all told after paying for returning .

Got this x9 door bell for Christmas.what a load of rubbish.phone notifies me 10 seconds after I have opened the door. Software crap,product crap and selling company crap.answere your emails.would not recommend this Company or its products.

Why are this company allowed to sell anything ?

I ordered a knee sleeve in a M, they delivered and XL (clearly marked on the packaging). They refused a refund and insisted on a $5 USD handling fee for a refund AND I had to pay for the product to be returned. Secondly, the product is poor quality and poor workmanship. They are cheap copies. Please save your money and don't shop at GoGoGadgets. They shouldn't be allowed to rip people off! Very disappointing!!!

Total Scam my email has been returned no item received.

This company in conjunction with Straight Commerce Inc. is a straight up rip off. They trick you and offer a 20% refund which turns out to be pennies. They wont provide a return address because they are scam artists. Do not purchase anything from these scumbags. You will not get your money back.

If only I could give zero stars! I bought the Eco Heat plug in heater to try and help keep my elderly mums heating bills down. On first use, it was plugged in for 20 minutes in an open room with no furniture around it, exactly as detailed in the instructions, and there was a loud bang and smoke started to pour out of it. Fortunately my mum, who is 82, was in the room and was able to switch it off at the plug and let it cool down before unplugging it. I dread to think what would have happened if she had put it in her bedroom and not heard it. Emails are polite but the support team are useless, only able to deal with a standard issue and not an actual problem. I've been told my refund has been issued but we'll see how long that takes, they also refused to refund the cost of the postage to return it to them, spinning the "it's not company policy" line. Would never buy from them again and definitely would not recommend.

I bought a Ryoku EMS Mat that worked well for a few weeks. It became weaker and has now stopped working. There's no pulse from it even when it is fully charged.
I have emailed them a few times but they say it's outside of the returns window. It's a fault not a return. I am still trying to get a refund. I wish I had checked Trustpilot before ordering from this company.
