I bought the Wi-Fi extenders and with no amount of trying could I get them to work. What was worrying is that I couldn’t set the security on the IP address provided so it left my network unsecured. Plugging in the second unit the internet dropped out. I contacted their customer support asking for a refund and they refused advising I wasn’t eligible. I’m now looking at the small claims court to get my money back

Ordered the WiFi extender. It didn't work and the factory reset button was inaccessible! (Don't buy stuff after going down the pub!).
Usual 20%, then 30% refund. Told them to shove it!
Contacted Amex who reversed the transaction once I sent them proof of the useless piece of rubbish.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Faulty goods sold and the refund was lower than the cost I paid - £71.90 for a camera doorbell that was faulty, return to me was £50.86 - so I am out of pocket. The item not only didn't work it was huge and ugly - I brought another one from a well known supplier and it is perfect!

I placed an order on Monday the 15th of July, and when I received confirmation, I noticed that the delivery charge was £9.96, yet on the website it says standard delivery is £3.99, premium- £5.99, or Saturday delivery - £7.50, so on Tuesday I emailed to cancel my order as the cost was just too much and explained i had been charged £9.96, to which I received a response telling me I couldn’t cancel, but no explanation why the postage was £9.96. So, I emailed again to say I’d had no notification of dispatch, so why can’t it be cancelled. So today Wednesday the 17th of July, I’ve received an email that it has been dispatched, but still no resolution to the £9.96. The email from Emma, she told me if I wanted to send it back there is a procedure, so I emailed again asking how to return it, no response again. £9.96 is a lot of money to a disabled pensioner and the fact that the company doesn’t care about customer care is quite sad. I’ll never shop here again!

Bought a wifi extender from them. The courier was useless and massively overpriced and the item came eventually in a flimsy cheap bag and the package was crushed. Difficult to set up and when I eventually got it going it proved useless and not at all as advertised. Despite multiple emails I can't get an address to return for a full refund, just offers of 20 or 30% if I go away! Given that I paid £51 for this and it can be bought for £15 on Ebay, I reckon I've been conned. Totally useless product from extremely dodgy outfit.

As clever deceptions go, I have to give this company (I use the the word "company" loosely), 10 out of 10 for their software, which reassures the customer that all is well with the purchase and delivery process, and hypes up the product at the same time. After purchasing UltraXtend wifi extender it arrived one week later in a plastic bag, battered and crumpled in a flimsy white box via the Evri courier service, I was astonished that they had charged me £11.00 delivery charge for an item that weighs several ounces, and was "shipped" from Basingstoke. Thankfully the extender wasn't damaged and after almost 1 hour I managed to get the thing working, but this was through luck because the instructions were difficult to follow ( minute, writing, requires magnification ). This is not an easy device to set up and requires logging on to a separate network. Only time will tell if this item lives up to all the hype the sellers promote. I have given a 1 star rating as the product is a cheap Chinese device, realistically worth under £10. I was charged £34 plus vat. The same item sells for £15 on ebay with free postage. The £11 courier charges I paid are astronomical, the highest I have ever known for such a small item. Total cost overall. £51.90. This company will continue to trade and disappoint unless it is blocked from doing so.

Ear buds died after 31 days! NO REFUND! Outrageous, contacted a number of times, refund after 30 days only! But it is BROKEN. Nothing. Do not waste your money on this company, massive SCAM

Took a few weeks to arrive during which time I feared the worst having read all the negative reviews, but I have to say I’m delighted with my Beatbuds.

I recently purchased ultra extend, and it's been a nightmare from the start. Not only does the product not work as advertised, but trying to get a refund has been like pulling teeth. Their customer support team is utterly useless, and when I finally managed to get in touch with them, they refused to provide a return address. And don't get me started on their so-called "refund" process - it's a total scam! They use a third-party customer support service that has no clue what they're doing, and they had the audacity to offer me a measly 20% refund of the product's cost. Stay far, far away from this company unless you enjoy throwing your money down the drain.

The Omniwatch doesn't work correctly at all and the company has a terrible customer service. I feel like I've been scammed and now have lost my money :-(.
It's not worth buying anything from them as when things go wrong they don't deal with it. Can't believe companies like this still exist.

I bought a video doorbell from this company which was advertised at £49 online. After going into the ad and deciding to buy the doorbell, with taxes and almost £10 postage, the price went up to £71! Anyway I needed a bell so I bought it thinking the high postage cost would give me a fast delivery time. 8 days later, I still didn't have my bell. I was on need so a relative gave me a bell they had spare and wouldn't you know it, the bell from this shop arrived. I contacted the. Asking how to return the bell for a refund. I got an email from them a couple of days later with a reference number asking for details of what the problem was so we could try and find a way to sort it. I wrote back reiterating that I wanted a refund as I had now received a bell from my relative and I asked for details of how to sent it back. After 2 days I heard nothing. I have since sent a further I think 5 messages asking for return details but they just ignored me. My last email to them was to inform them that I would seek out as many review sites I could find to let people know about the abysmal service this company supplies. Avoid this company at all costs.
I have kept all communications sent and received from this company. Further to the above, I gave this doorbell to my daughter after not being able to get a refund and it will not connect to her phone. Connectivity gets up to 90% then crashes. I tried it on 2 other phones with same result. Just a piece of rubbish.

DO NOT BUY From this company. Absolute gangsters. Bad products. They don't accept returns of their utter bad quality products, although it states in the order that you are entitled for a return within 30 days of purchase.

I purchased SMS foot massager on the back of the reviews for my wife who suffers with swollen feet. When I looked at the box in came and thought this has done some mileage.
After reading the instructions with a magnify glass, I charged it up using all 8 modes and 19 different power setting read as a Dodo. I tried getting in touch on there website no reply, I am going to my bank and start fraud proceeding.

Well I ordered from a rubbish website called manly shirt it is out of China they use YUN express to ship their cheap products and I guess a local gofo shipping out of New York delivers in United States I received an order from Manly shirt missing 2 items I wrote to this horrible company they never answers my questions and I wrote to gofo shipping company asking where is my 2 missing items they never answer my emails , since it is very popular in California that some of the delivery drivers steel customers packages am having a miserable time to find an answer where is my 2 missing items , is it missing from the shipping company or missing from the horrible website I ordered from manly shirt .

Wish I had of read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a Ryoku ems foot massager and when I received it, it was something I could of picked up for a fraction of the cost. Haven't tried it but kicking myself thinking the review page that said it was the best linked me to a company that sends out cheap versions for 3 times the price Trying to contact them is impossible. So like many others will have to accept the loss. I don't usually write bad reviews but think this is warranted so avoid gogogodgets at all cost and buy elsewhere.

I bought a massager from this company, it was broken when I received it but after a few days it completely ceased working at all. It took over a month of messages to them to arrange a refund. They told me if I wanted to return it I would have to fund the return myself and I also had to send it recorded delivery which is more expensive. I sent legal letters but they have completely ignored them and refused to refund the postage costs. I am very ill and disabled and I kept telling them that it dragging on was making me ill and stressed as I thought I had lost my money. I looked at the reviews on here (stupidly too late) and realised my error! A horrible, stressful experience I wouldn’t like to repeat!

Do not buy from this company. They do not have a working refund policy. They do not want to give a return address, offering discounts of 20% and then 30% for you to keep the purchase. I had a bad experience in trying to return a IntelliBell. It was not as described in the advert. A very inferior device imported from China.
Finally managed to get a refund but £21.00 out of pocket
